We believe that yoga can be applied to our modern way of life because in this fast-moving world it is vital for us to make the time for stillness of our minds. With this stillness of mind we can gain clarity and the inner peace which can alleviate the many stresses we face on a day to day basis. Yoga is more than just training your physical body to become flexible. It is respecting yourself and others through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy on/off the mat.
