I believe that yoga can be applied to our modern way of life because in this fast-moving world it is vital for us to make the time for stillness of our minds. With this stillness of mind we can gain clarity and the inner peace which can alleviate many stresses we face on a day to day basis. Yoga is more than just training your physical body to become flexible or strong. It is about respecting yourself, others and our planet Earth through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy on/off the mat.
Yoga is for everyone and my classes are welcoming, nurturing as well as challenging. I hold space for YOU so that you can feel grounded, centred, and find/cultivate inner peace.
